Yes No. Sorry this didn’t help. Thanks for your feedback. I hope there’s another solution out there. I can’t seem to find any resources out there. If the above still fails you may need to copy the contents of the CD to a Folder on your Computer and try to install that way. We have numerous Microsoft Access CDs and multiple valid product keys.
We’ve used several other Windows 7 Pro Desktops with the same operating systems and model it doesn’t work as well. I think it may be a permissions issue, I’m still not sure. I have already ran that as administrator, as well as logged in with the Admin account on local and domain environments.
We have several about 7 CDs that are doing the same thing on several different PCs. It’s not the drive nor the CD itself. But on a Windows 7 Desktop it wouldn’t. Also we tried to use Microsoft Fix It as well and no luck. Also we tried uninstalling our Microsoft Office basic edition restart and then installing the Microsoft Access and it still wouldn’t install.
